My friend Cammie told me about a really fun Pirates of the Carribean bedroom set she had seen at Costco the other day and knew that Cole would love it. Of course it's not the type of bedroom furniture that will grow with a kid so I probably won't be buying it, but wouldn't it be fun?! I know a little swashbuckler who would have lots of happy pirating dreams while sleeping in this bed.

We all agree. Buy it! (Not to mention I don't see Cole outgrowing his pirate phase anytime soon.) Besides, Morgan would gladly take it off your hands. It would give her sweet Orlando Bloom dreams. LOL! :)
No way! I've literally had 2 cousins and a friend call to tell me about this bed, and yes, Harrison would love it - which is why he will NEVER know it exists - ha! He's not getting the Spiderman ceiling fan from Home Depot either. Sheesh, decorating their rooms is MY FUN, not theirs!!! Stay strong Mama - I stand with you!!!
I saw this at Costco just today. Carter was flipping out over it, despite the fact that he doesn't even really care about pirates. I stand with you too. It would be SO fun for him but practicality wins out in my book. He's the cutest little pirate man though!
I would still sleep in it...and I'm 35 (but tell everyone I'm actually 25...mainly because for the past 10 or so years I've been celebrating my birthday backwards....) I'm sure Cole would agree completely that it is a great idea! And have many great stories to tell......and you would be the BESTEST MOMMY IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD!

I'm glad you liked it. When I saw it at Costco I thought of Cole and all his pirate adventures on your mom's bed. I know it's not really practical, but it is pretty amazing.
