We just got back this past week from our annual vacation down to Disneyland. The last few years we have chosen to go in October so that we are able to take the kids to the Mickey Trick or Treat Party at California Adventure. It's fun to dress up and run around the park collecting tons of candy and squeezing in a few rides along the way. This year Cole was a pirate (big surprise eh?) and Carson was Thomas, but he didn't want to wear the actual train part of his costume so I ended up wearing it all night.
Another highlight of the trip for all 3 boys (Daddy included) is going to the Lego store. The boys are obsessed with Legos and Daddy is a spoiler/enabler. A few days after we got back home to Vegas Carson informed Alan that he wanted to go to the "Gego" store again.
Of course it wouldn't be a trip to Disneyland without eating dinner one night at Goofy's Kitchen. This year Carson loved the characters and gave them all big hugs, last year they scared him to death. It's a fun way to get to meet the characters without waiting in line at the parks.

I can't believe how big the boys are! They are both so dang cute.
How fun! Next year, let's meet at Disney World. (We'll be closer to there than to actual Disneyland).
That train costume looked fabulous on you :) Can I seriously pretend to be one of your kids and go next time? It looks like so much fun!
So glad you had fun..even Carson!
Looks like a much happier group this year. :}
Few things are more fun than Disney in October. Love the pictures!! Jealous!!
I am jealous, too! I MUST go to Disney in October. Glad you all had a fun trip.
Looks like a blast!
Your kids look so big, and you look so tiny! I think you'd have to be, to run around in a toddler costume- LOL - better then carrying it, though, right? Looks like so much fun - love the pictures!
Love Disneyland! We're gonna have to try it in October one of these years!
And now you have the flu. Do you know why? Cuz you didn't take me!!
